WIRED Meeting Information

Dear WIRED partners:

We are looking forward to a productive session next Wednesday to complete the major design work for a Southern Arizona WIRED proposal to the US Department of Labor.The meeting will take place from 8:30 to 2:30 at the Hilton El Conquistador. 

We have prepared a brief survey to collect some information from you prior to the meeting. This input will help ensure that we use our time together as effectively as possible. 9:15 – 9:45 – Regional identity and economic landscape

9:45 – 10:45 – SWOT and regional vision

10:45 – 11:00 – Principles for shaping a regional action plan

11:00 – 12:15 – Breakout groups to develop strategies in key areas

12:15 – 1:00 – Working lunch, group reports 1 – 2 Breakout groups to define partner roles and leveraged resources

2 – 2:30 report out, next steps & close
