Dear WIRED partners:

We are looking forward to a productive session next Wednesday to complete the major design work for a Southern Arizona WIRED proposal to the US Department of Labor.The meeting will take place from 8:30 to 2:30 at the Hilton El Conquistador.

We have prepared a brief survey to collect some information from you prior to the meeting. This input will help ensure that we use our time together as effectively as possible. Here is a draft agenda for our session on Wednesday:

8: 00 continental breakfast

start8:30 – 9:15 — Welcome and introductions, WIRED overview

9:15 – 9:45 – Regional identity and economic landscape

9:45 – 10:45 – SWOT and regional vision

10:45 – 11:00 – Principles for shaping a regional action plan

11:00 – 12:15 – Breakout groups to develop strategies in key areas

12:15 – 1:00 – Working lunch, group reports 1 – 2 Breakout groups to define partner roles and leveraged resources

2 – 2:30 report out, next steps & close

It has two tabs, one is for partners and those invited to attened the WIRED coneference on March 21st and the second tab for those that will be providing letters of support “only”.
